How staff update the site, without a developer
The proposal keeps the Club on Shopify, so tickets, subscriptions, sponsorship packages, orders and Shop Pay keep working while a new custom theme replaces the current one. Staff edit everything in the Shopify admin they already know.
Add an event
Create a product in the Events collection and fill in the speaker, date, doors time, venue and ticket tiers. It appears on the homepage, the events list and the season calendar automatically.

Paste the YouTube link into the event’s Recording field. The event moves to Past Events with the video embedded and filed by season and topic.
Rearrange the homepage
Drag sections in the theme editor: hero, upcoming events, the season opener, recordings, sponsors. Each has plain-language settings and no code.
Nothing changes at checkout
Same Shopify checkout, payment settings, order emails and reports. The new site launches only after it’s tested and approved, with zero downtime for ticket sales.
Field names and the form shown are samples. Final fields are agreed in discovery.
